Delivery Information

Dispatch within 1 - 3 working days ( Usually within 24 hours of payment been received)

We use interlink express for most items. We do however use royal mail for very small items where necessary.

If we are out of stock and can't supply immediately we would let you know, giving you the choice of keeping the item on order or cancelling. If you would like to check availability of an item prior to ordering either give us a call on 01983 400464 or drop us an email to sales@surecal.co.uk.

Factory pickups are available but be sure to let us know when placing your order.

The Prices shown for all of our products are in pounds sterling (GBP), as are any delivery charges and also include VAT at the current rate charged in the UK, where appropriate.

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards, through Google Checkout or over the phone on 01983 400464.

If incorrect payment details are supplied we may contact you to ascertain the proper details. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of payment details if we think they are being used fraudulently

Returns Policy

Unsuitable or defective items may be returned for refund or exchange providing they are received back in store within 14 days of the original delivery date in brand new, unused condition, in the original packaging and accompanied by a completed returns form here.

Our transaction charges will be taken off the amount refunded.

We recommend that all returned items are sent using an insured delivery service for your own protection.

A re-delivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply to all items returned for exchange.

Defective products will be replaced without a further delivery charge or incur transaction costs.

We will give all refunds as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund, taking into account the original method of payment.
